12 Week Body Sculpt Program


Welcome to your 12 Week Body Sculpt Program and congratulations on taking the first step to develop a consistent nutrition and workout routine to become fitter and healthier.

Regardless of your current fitness level, the 12 Week Body Sculpt Program is designed for you to work with our trainers within a team environment to increase your physical activity in a fun, result driven and educational way.

The main goal of this program is to ensure that we provide you with a structure to help improve your health and wellbeing through careful monitoring and assistance so that you can improve and maintain a healthy and happy lifestyle. The program will provide you with detailed Nutritional Plan and Workout Routine designed by your Personal Trainer.

The 12 Week Body Sculpt Program consist of fitness appraisal (including a before and after photograph), a nutritional plan, a fortnightly progress report and on-going support. Thank you for choosing our 12 Week Body Sculpt Program to improve your health and wellbeing.
